Qualifications and Skills for the Site Superintendent:
Background in construction management or engineering is preferred; equivalent hands?on experience in complex build environments is strongly valued.
Strong working knowledge of field construction practices, reading technical drawings, coordinating trades, and using project management tools such as Procore.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem?solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and make sound onsite decisions.
Ability to maintain safety compliance, quality expectations, and project timelines while collaborating effectively with clients and subcontractors.
Valid driver’s license required; Superintendent or Contractor licensing and OSHA 30 certification are preferred.

$115,000 – $150,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and technical alignment from kickoff through completion.
Develop and manage project budgets and financial reporting while controlling scope, facilitating changes, and monitoring overall project health.

Qualifications and Skills for the Project Manager:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and expert?level capability with Procore; prior experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

A related bachelor’s degree with four years of experience—or an associate degree with six to eight years of experience; PMP or similar credential is a plus.
