Job Title: Patient Access Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Patient Access Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite contract opportunity in Templeton, California offers the chance to lead front end healthcare operations that directly impact patient experience, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with administrative and clinical stakeholders to strengthen registration processes, support staff development, and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities of the Patient Access Manager:

• Oversee daily patient intake and registration functions, ensuring smooth operations, appropriate staffing levels, and consistent service delivery.
• Guide and mentor team members through coaching, scheduling, onboarding activities, and performance management efforts.
• Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of patient information to support operational effectiveness and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate training initiatives and process improvement efforts that enhance workflow efficiency, data quality, and compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics, identify opportunities for operational enhancements, and support organizational goals through effective leadership.

Qualifications and Skills for the Patient Access Manager:

• Demonstrated leadership experience within patient registration, admissions, healthcare access services, or a related healthcare operations environment.
• Strong understanding of front end revenue cycle processes, including patient information management and registration best practices.
• Experience utilizing electronic healthcare registration platforms or comparable information systems within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage staffing schedules, support workforce planning efforts, and contribute to operational resource management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with knowledge of medical terminology, financial oversight experience, and exposure to multi location healthcare environments.
