Job Title: Process Control Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Process Control Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Based in Seymour, Indiana, this Onsite, Contract to Hire opportunity will help maintain reliable facility processes through equipment monitoring, preventive care, and hands on technical support. The position offers exposure to both electrical and mechanical operations while providing opportunities to collaborate with operational partners and resolve equipment concerns. Compensation:
$51,000 to $67,000 salary
Work Schedule:
Second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities of the Process Control Specialist:

• Maintain process control equipment and facility systems to support consistent and dependable daily operations.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify electrical or mechanical issues that may affect system reliability.
• Deliver timely troubleshooting support by evaluating problems, determining likely causes, and assisting with appropriate corrective action.
• Coordinate routine preventive care for mechanical equipment to reduce interruptions and extend operating life.
• Ensure maintenance activities, system observations, and completed work are documented and communicated to relevant operational partners.

Qualifications and Skills for the Process Control Specialist:

• Foundational knowledge of process controls, facility controls, or systems comparable to building automation technology.
• Ability to assess and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical equipment concerns.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical maintenance practices and routine preventive service activities.
• Recent education or training in industrial technology, electrical systems, mechanical systems, automation, or a related technical discipline is welcome.
• Ability to work Onsite in Seymour, Indiana, during the second shift schedule; previous pharmaceutical industry experience is not required.
