Job Title: Account and Inventory Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Account and Inventory Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite direct hire opportunity in Malvern, PA focuses on inventory coordination, operational support, and relationship management within a fast paced distribution environment. The position plays a key role in ensuring products are available when needed, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting business continuity through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Candidates who excel in organization, communication, and analytical problem solving will thrive in this role.
Compensation:
$60,000 base salary

Normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Account and Inventory Manager:

• Coordinate inventory availability and product movement to support operational demands while ensuring materials reach the appropriate destination in a timely manner.
• Oversee inventory tracking activities, including returns, replenishment efforts, transfers, and record maintenance within enterprise business systems.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding inventory status, product lifecycle management, and operational priorities.
• Support compliance related activities by assisting with documentation, quality processes, regulatory requirements, and adherence to established procedures.
• Analyze inventory performance and workflow effectiveness, recommending and implementing approved process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in inventory management, logistics, customer support, or a related operational environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing enterprise resource planning or similar business management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience within a medical device, healthcare, orthopedic, or similarly regulated industry is preferred but not required.
