Job Title: Pharmacist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite contract opportunity in Elizabethtown, PA offers the chance to play a vital role in medication management, prescription fulfillment, and regulatory compliance within a fast paced pharmacy environment. The position works closely with healthcare professionals and operational teams to ensure accurate dispensing practices, quality service, and efficient workflows. Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional support.
Work Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist:

  • Oversee the review, verification, and fulfillment of prescription orders while ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
  • Coordinate communication with licensed healthcare providers and authorized representatives to obtain, clarify, and resolve medication related inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate preparation, labeling, storage, and distribution of medications while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Support day to day pharmacy operations, including inventory management, order processing, documentation maintenance, reporting activities, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficient workflows, provide customer support, and assist with operational coverage as business needs require.
Qualifications and Skills for the Pharmacist:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in the candidate’s state of residence, maintained in good standing.
  • Strong knowledge of medication therapies, pharmaceutical practices, drug interactions, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, solve problems, and manage responsibilities in a high volume environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with pharmacy, inventory, and electronic record management systems.
