Job Title: Nuclear Pharmacist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is located in Bedminster, NJ and requires an Onsite work arrangement. The individual in this position will play a critical role in advancing specialized pharmaceutical development and manufacturing efforts while collaborating with scientific, operational, quality, and regulatory stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, effective project leadership, and the ability to drive programs from early development through commercial readiness.
Compensation:
$150,000 - $180,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Nuclear Pharmacist:
  • Lead the planning and execution of specialized pharmaceutical development initiatives, ensuring programs progress efficiently from research through market readiness.
  • Coordinate cross functional activities among manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and technical teams to maintain alignment with project objectives.
  • Oversee project schedules, key deliverables, risk assessments, and resource priorities while providing regular updates to organizational leadership.
  • Support manufacturing preparation, process improvements, and knowledge transfer activities that promote operational effectiveness and product quality.
  • Guide internal team members and serve as a technical representative in discussions with external service providers and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills for the Nuclear Pharmacist:
  • Demonstrated experience working with radioactive pharmaceutical products, nuclear pharmacy operations, or radiochemistry in a technical leadership capacity.
  • Strong background supporting manufacturing processes and operational activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic imaging isotopes and considerations associated with products that have limited usable life spans.
  • Proven ability to contribute to development programs spanning early clinical stages through commercialization, including collaboration with quality, regulatory, and supply chain functions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and independent problem solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in an Onsite and growth oriented environment.
