Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite direct hire opportunity in Dallas, TX offers the chance to play an essential role in the accurate processing and distribution of healthcare related products within a fast paced operational environment. The position works closely with cross functional teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the order fulfillment process. Individuals who are detail oriented, dependable, and comfortable working within established procedures will be well positioned for success.
Compensation:
$60,000 to $70,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; anticipated hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Fulfillment Specialist:

• Support the end to end preparation and processing of customer orders, ensuring products are accurately selected, packaged, documented, and prepared for delivery.
• Maintain quality standards by reviewing order details, identifying potential issues, and resolving discrepancies before shipments are released.
• Coordinate with operational team members to facilitate efficient workflows, timely order completion, and consistent service levels.
• Assist with inventory control activities, product organization, and handling requirements for specialized items that require additional care during storage or transit.
• Contribute to operational effectiveness by maintaining compliance standards, supporting process improvements, and adapting to changing workflow demands within a growing fulfillment environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional experience in healthcare distribution, fulfillment operations, or related environments is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, and work with minimal errors.
• Experience in areas such as pharmacy support, inventory management, specialty product handling, shipping operations, or logistics is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, reliability, organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with team members.
• Ability to perform repetitive work activities, remain on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and accommodate varying shift needs when required.
