Job Title: Project Manager

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our client to help drive the successful execution of complex construction projects from planning through completion. This direct-hire opportunity is located in Cincinnati, OH, offering the chance to oversee project performance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and within established financial and scheduling goals. This position requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic project oversight with day-to-day operational execution.

Compensation:
$115,000 - $150,000 annually

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Direct all phases of construction project delivery, ensuring objectives are met while maintaining alignment with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project financial performance, including budget oversight, forecasting, change management, reporting, and overall profitability accountability.
• Coordinate project planning activities, review design documents and specifications, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and support project progress.
• Lead communication efforts by providing project updates, documenting key decisions, and fostering productive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor engagement, and field operations to support safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Champion a strong safety culture by promoting compliance, identifying potential risks, and implementing preventative measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills for the Project Manager:

• Proven experience managing construction projects with responsibility for budgets, schedules, cross-functional coordination, and overall project outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least four years of project management experience, or an Associate degree paired with six to eight years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated success overseeing financial performance, including profit and loss accountability and project reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence presenting information and collaborating with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project, along with experience using construction management software such as Procore.
• Highly organized and adaptable professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills in deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team while managing multiple priorities.
• PMP certification or a comparable project management credential is considered a plus.
