Job Title: Account and Inventory Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Account and Inventory Manager to join our client to support the efficient movement, tracking, and availability of critical inventory across a distribution network. This direct hire opportunity is based in West Chester, PA and is onsite. The role plays a key part in ensuring products are available when needed, maintaining inventory accuracy, and building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Compensation:
$65,000 base salary plus annual bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Account and Inventory Manager:
- Oversee inventory availability and distribution activities to ensure products reach their intended destinations efficiently and support ongoing business needs.
- Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment efforts, returns, and recovery of excess stock while maintaining accurate records within ERP systems.
- Partner with distributors, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to address inventory concerns, communicate expiration risks, and resolve operational challenges.
- Support regulatory and quality related processes, including recalls, complaints, documentation requirements, and adherence to established procedures and compliance standards.
- Manage transactional workflows, validate required training and contract information, assist with operational requests, and participate in scheduled weekend on call coverage.
Qualifications and Skills for the Account and Inventory Manager:
- A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- At least four years of experience in inventory control, logistics, customer service, supply chain operations, or a related field.
- Advanced computer proficiency with strong Excel capabilities and experience using ERP platforms to manage inventory and operational data.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and external partners.
- Prior experience within the medical device, healthcare, orthopedic, or related industry is preferred but not required.
