Job Title: Process Maintenance Technician
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to join our client to support the reliability and performance of manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment used in solid dose pharmaceutical manufacturing. Working onsite in Seymour, Indiana, you will play a key role in minimizing downtime, supporting production teams, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. This is a contract to hire opportunity designed for hands on technicians looking to grow within a manufacturing setting.
Compensation:
$46,000 to $68,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Day shift Monday through Friday, with overtime expected during maintenance shutdown the first week of July
Key Responsibilities of the Process Maintenance Technician:
• Support daily operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment by performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across solid dose processing equipment and related utility systems
• Complete equipment setup, tool changes, and basic modifications to support production and process improvements
• Document maintenance activities and communicate repair status with production teams and internal partners
• Promote safety, compliance, and cleanliness by following site procedures and identifying potential equipment or facility concerns
Qualifications and Skills for the Process Maintenance Technician:
• Hands on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems and controls
• Ability to read documentation, use basic computer applications, and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime to support a 24 by 7 manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments preferred for quicker onboarding
