Job Title: Site Superintendent
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Site Superintendent to join our client to support the successful execution of complex construction projects requiring precision, safety, and close client coordination. This role is responsible for leading on site operations from start through closeout, ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Site Superintendent serves as the primary on site point of contact for clients and project partners while coordinating trades and internal teams. This is a direct hire, onsite position based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Site Superintendent:

• Oversee daily on site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, manpower planning, material usage, and adherence to project schedules
• Serve as the primary on site liaison with clients, leading project meetings, documenting progress, and maintaining strong working relationships
• Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, clean construction protocols, and quality expectations, including fit and finish and punch list development
• Maintain comprehensive field documentation using construction management software, including daily and weekly reports, schedule updates, and as built markups
• Lead job site safety efforts by enforcing policies, conducting safety meetings, monitoring compliance, and escalating issues appropriately

Qualifications and Skills for the Site Superintendent:

• A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and hands on construction experience
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, building systems, safety regulations, and blueprint interpretation, with HVAC experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams on site, manage subcontractors, and resolve field issues with sound judgment and a solution focused mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, trades, and project leadership
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record, with OSHA 30 and superintendent or contractor licensing preferred
