Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client to help drive the successful delivery of complex construction projects from pre construction through closeout. This onsite, direct hire role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and plays a critical part in ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key point of coordination among clients, internal teams, and subcontractors while maintaining full ownership of project outcomes. Approximately twenty five percent travel is expected based on project needs.
Compensation:
$220,000 to $250,000 base salary
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; weekends and overtime as needed based on project demands
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, change management, and overall profit and loss results
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, field staff, and subcontractors to deliver safe, high quality, and timely project execution
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and proactive issue resolution
• Participate in design and planning discussions, review technical documents, manage documentation, and support procurement and scheduling activities

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Project Manager:

• Proven experience managing construction projects with direct responsibility for financial outcomes and operational performance
• Solid understanding of construction processes, job coordination, and collaboration across cross functional teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project
• A bachelor’s degree with at least four years of project management experience, or an associate degree with six to eight years of related experience; PMP certification is a plus
