Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join our client to partner on delivering well executed architectural and construction related projects from concept through completion. This direct hire role is based onsite in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and supports a steady pipeline of small to mid sized initiatives. The position focuses on coordinating teams, guiding clients, and ensuring each project meets scope, schedule, and quality expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager who enjoys ownership, client interaction, and collaboration with design professionals.
Compensation:
$90K–$120K base salary
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Project Manager:

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, scope, and deliverables from kickoff through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams on layouts, door schedules, submittals, and related documentation
• Coordinate approvals and information flow between clients, designers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
• Track project activity, orders, and progress within SAP while ensuring alignment with specifications and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills for the Architectural Project Manager:

• Proven experience managing architectural or construction focused projects from start to finish
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings, submittal processes, and construction terminology
• Confidence communicating with clients and partners in a professional, client facing environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience with door hardware, SAP, or AutoCAD is beneficial but not required
