Job Title: Order Fulfillment Technician
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to join our client to support accurate and timely medication fulfillment within a warehouse setting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are prepared correctly and safely to support animal patient care. The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in a fast paced environment, and a commitment to following established processes. This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity based in Swedesboro, New Jersey.
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
First Shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Second Shift Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Order Fulfillment Technician:

• Support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations by accurately picking, processing, and preparing medication orders
• Retrieve medications using batch tickets and alphanumeric systems while maintaining strict accuracy standards
• Operate dispensing, scanning, and inventory tracking systems to ensure proper order flow and documentation
• Package and prepare medications for shipment using approved materials and handling procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet volume goals while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards

Qualifications and Skills for the Order Fulfillment Technician:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to obtain a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License with training provided
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow structured systems and processes precisely
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and remain organized while multitasking
