Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our client to support the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of incoming product operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring surgical instruments meet established quality standards before entering inventory. Working onsite in Malvern, PA, the technician will collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams in a regulated environment. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering stability and long term growth.
Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician:

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming surgical instruments across small and large volume shipments to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
• Support receiving and inventory workflows by validating quantities, conditions, and documentation of inbound materials
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, shipments, or inspection findings in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate inspection records and tracking logs using internal systems and Excel based tools
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail in a fast paced warehouse setting

Qualifications and Skills for the Quality Control Technician:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is required
• Hands on exposure to quality control or inspection processes is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with medical devices or regulated environments such as ISO 13485 is highly valued
• Strong computer proficiency including Excel and inventory or ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to manage details, stay organized, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
