Job Title: Account and Inventory Manager Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Account and Inventory Manager to join our client to support the effective movement, tracking, and availability of medical inventory that enables successful surgical outcomes. This direct hire, onsite role is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and partners closely with distribution partners, sales leadership, and internal operations teams. The position focuses on inventory accuracy, responsiveness to surgical demand, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. $60,000 base salary plus annual bonus Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours Key Responsibilities of the Account and Inventory Manager:
• Oversee inventory coordination to ensure products are positioned correctly to support scheduled surgical procedures
• Manage the movement, return, and redistribution of loaner, consigned, and excess inventory across the distribution network
• Execute accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system for implant sets, instruments, and individual products
• Partner with internal teams and field distributors to resolve time sensitive needs, transfers, and inventory challenges
• Support quality and compliance activities including SOP maintenance, recall support, and regulatory documentation Qualifications and Skills for the Account and Inventory Manager:
• A degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is equally valued
• At least four years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or customer focused operational roles
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel usage and hands on ERP system experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities while working across multiple systems
• Experience in the medical device or orthopedic industry is a plus but not required Why Join Us?
