Job Title: Medical Education Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Medical Education Manager to join our client to support and deliver high impact medical education programs that advance professional learning and clinical excellence. This role partners closely with internal teams and external faculty to plan, execute, and manage surgeon focused educational initiatives from concept through completion. The position plays a key role in ensuring programs are well coordinated, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals. This is a permanent, onsite opportunity based in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
$110,000 to $120,000 annual salary plus annual bonus
Work Schedule:
Normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Medical Education Manager:
• Oversee the planning and execution of medical education programs including live courses, virtual sessions, workshops, and observational learning experiences
• Coordinate event logistics such as course scheduling, faculty engagement, registration setup, travel arrangements, and post event reporting
• Manage on site course delivery by partnering with medical education, sales, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure seamless program execution
• Direct equipment, product, and inventory coordination for educational events while ensuring all required tools and third party equipment are available
• Support budget planning and financial oversight for education programs while identifying process improvements across logistics, reporting, and operations
Qualifications and Skills for the Medical Education Manager:
• Five or more years of professional experience, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences environment
• Proven background in coordinating complex events and working with both internal partners and external healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, matrix driven environment
• Experience with budget development, expense tracking, and invoice processing for program based initiatives
• Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills with comfort using common business software tools
