Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our client to support the performance, reliability, and certification of specialized metrology labs and cleanroom environments. This role focuses on ensuring highly controlled spaces operate at optimal standards through advanced mechanical, DDC, and calibration work. The technician will contribute to system start up, troubleshooting, field service, and ongoing client support. This position is a direct hire opportunity based onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio and requires frequent travel.
Compensation:
$110,000 to $120,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities of the HVAC Technician:

• Deliver skilled start up, testing, and service support for metrology lab and cleanroom HVAC systems, including diagnosing mechanical and control related issues.
• Perform air balancing, verify system performance, and calibrate a wide range of sensors to ensure environmental accuracy.
• Configure, adjust, and maintain DDC control systems while assisting with developing sequence of operations and system logic.
• Provide remote technical support to customers and guide them through system troubleshooting or operational questions.
• Learn and contribute to the preparation of certification protocols and assist with the certification of metrology labs.

Qualifications and Skills for the HVAC Technician:

• Experience gained through trade school with at least five years of DDC and mechanical systems service, or ten years of hands on industry experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and DDC system functionality with proven troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable working independently or within a team environment while delivering excellent service to customers.
• Proficient with MS Office and capable of clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel extensively, up to eighty five percent of the time.
