Job Title: QA Specialist Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a QA Specialist to join our client to support quality operations and uphold rigorous compliance standards within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product integrity, patient safety, and adherence to federal and state requirements. The QA Specialist will contribute to process improvements, document control, internal audits, and oversight of testing and validation activities. This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity based in Exton PA. Compensation:
Up to 35 dollars per hour Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, onsite between 7am and 6pm Key Responsibilities of the QA Specialist:
• Ensure facility wide compliance with applicable federal and state regulations including FDA outsourcing requirements, USP standards, and DEA expectations
• Guide the creation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of quality system procedures, controlled documents, validation protocols, and record retention practices
• Oversee deviation investigations, CAPA activities, change control processes, audits, vendor oversight, and formal risk assessments to drive continual improvement
• Support batch record review, equipment calibration and maintenance monitoring, regulatory inspection readiness, and environmental monitoring programs
• Coordinate analytical testing activities, monitor QA metrics, present KPI trends, and ensure internal staff are trained on quality and compliance related topics Qualifications and Skills for the QA Specialist:
• Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Experience supporting or managing quality systems in a regulated environment, preferably within compounding or pharmaceutical operations
• Familiarity with regulatory standards including FDA 503B, USP 795/797/800, and CFR Parts 11, 210, and 211
• Proven ability to train others, manage documentation, support audits, and contribute to CAPA and deviation processes Why Join Us?
