Job Title: Site Superintendent
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Site Superintendent to join our client to lead onsite construction execution for highly specialized cleanroom and laboratory projects. In this role, you will guide day?to?day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary representative ensuring work is delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule. You will manage documentation, quality standards, and field communication using modern construction management systems. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH and is available as fully remote or onsite, depending on project needs. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $140,000 annual salary
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Site Superintendent:

• Oversee all onsite construction activities, ensuring daily field operations run smoothly and in alignment with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison for clients, coordinating meetings, providing updates, managing documentation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Lead subcontractor involvement by planning schedules, tracking labor, managing material delivery/use, and guiding field teams to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain detailed project reporting, including daily/weekly field logs, schedule updates, punch lists, as?built documentation, and equipment hour tracking.
• Uphold and enforce clean construction protocols and safety compliance through regular inspections, safety meetings, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications and Skills for the Site Superintendent:

• Background in construction management or engineering is preferred; equivalent hands?on experience in complex build environments is strongly valued.
• Strong working knowledge of field construction practices, reading technical drawings, coordinating trades, and using project management tools such as Procore.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem?solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and make sound onsite decisions.
• Ability to maintain safety compliance, quality expectations, and project timelines while collaborating effectively with clients and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license required; Superintendent or Contractor licensing and OSHA 30 certification are preferred.
