Job Title: Project Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our client to lead complex construction initiatives from award through turnover while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction. In this role, you will guide internal teams and field partners, oversee technical planning and execution, and maintain strong alignment between scope, schedule, and budget. The position requires a hands?on leader who can anticipate risks, coordinate multi?disciplinary contributors, and serve as a reliable point of contact for customers. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity based in Cincinnati, OH.
Compensation:
$115,000 – $150,000 annual salary
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and technical alignment from kickoff through completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and financial reporting while controlling scope, facilitating changes, and monitoring overall project health.
• Create, maintain, and communicate detailed schedules; coordinate procurement activities; and document key decisions and meeting outcomes.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service.
• Lead project teams—including design, engineering, and field personnel—to meet milestones, address risks, and keep work progressing according to plan.

Qualifications and Skills for the Project Manager:

• Robust understanding of the construction lifecycle with experience coordinating cross?functional teams and overseeing both operational and financial outcomes.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical reasoning, and problem?solving abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and expert?level capability with Procore; prior experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership traits including integrity, professionalism, urgency, and a proactive approach to risk prevention and contingency planning.
• A related bachelor’s degree with four years of experience—or an associate degree with six to eight years of experience; PMP or similar credential is a plus.
