Job Title: Sterile Compounding Technicians
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sterile Compounding Technician to join our client to support the safe preparation of sterile medications in a highly regulated compounding environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring production quality, maintaining cleanroom integrity, and supporting pharmacy operations across multiple work areas. The technician will help streamline daily workflows, uphold strict compliance standards, and assist with training and team coordination. This contract-to-hire, onsite role is located in Exton, PA.
Compensation:
$28–$30/hr
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, onsite

Key Responsibilities of the Sterile Compounding Technician:

• Support daily sterile compounding operations by preparing, packaging, labeling, and documenting Compounded Sterile Preparations (CSPs) with accuracy.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and proper functioning of cleanrooms, equipment, and pharmacy workspaces.
• Rotate through various compounding and lab areas to meet production needs and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels for chemicals, supplies, and finished products while keeping detailed, organized records.
• Assist with onboarding and guiding new team members and provide general support to pharmacists and fellow technicians.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sterile Compounding Technician:

• Previous experience in sterile compounding and knowledge of aseptic techniques.
• Background in pharmacy operations, with at least one year of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and standard intake procedures.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus but not required in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to follow strict quality, safety, and compliance guidelines in a regulated environment.
